I was supposed to recieve a $150 visa gift card for signing up for the student promotion with xfinity. I waited over a month to recieve the gift card until I called xfinity and asked about it. I had to wait at least 45 minutes to actually talk to a real person and even then I had to get transferred ... I have the same issue. I built a new home and was promised a $300 gift card back in December 2021. I contacted xfinity about it a couple of weeks ago and was given a ticket number #53906669 when and told I would be contacted in 10 days. It seems like there are many with the same issue trying to get their $300 gift card. .
